Strength Training Today

Need to fit some strength training into my day. I'm starting to have the same problems with my right knee area, so need to get back into doing my squats, push ups, etc. again before I really start running the longer distances.

I'm still trying to find a few more people to join our Team In Training team. It's a great way to run for a cause. The money you raise goes to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society to pay for patient and family services and to further research to find a cure for blood cancers.
