Okay, still getting the hang of this blogging. How do I add posts to the different pages I create?
Well, 5K this morning and then made by self do some core strengthening exercises. The plank is a great one and the "Superman" is good for the low back area.
Later I'm heading out with my daughter to take care of some errands - home depot, grocery shopping, etc. Then to tackle sanding my end table. Better get going, time's a wasting.
